I haven’t seen the film yet, but I’ve had the pleasure of meeting director Marcy Garriott, who makes her home here in Austin, and she is lovely. You know how much I dig cool filmmakers and want to support their work! So get on out to see her SXSW Audience Award-winning film, Inside the Circle, which makes its NYC debut on January 6 at the Walter Reade Theater as part of the Dance on Camera Festival running from January 2 - 18. Marcy will be there with some of the b-kids in the film. Guaranteed to be uplifting and fun!
