Body & Soul: Diana & Kathy

I got this press release a bit late for any readers who might be in or have access to Maitland, Florida, but this weekend marked the premiere of Alice Elliott’s new short film Body & Soul: Diana & Kathy at the Enzian Theater. Elliott made the superb, Academy Award-nominated The Collector of Bedford Street, and she is embarking on a qualifying run for Body & Soul. Also on the program is Cynthia Wade’s Freeheld. Freeheld world premiered at Sundance, and I love to brag that it was one of our IFP Market projects last year. The Florida run is the beginning of showings in several cities including Chicago, Albany, Rochester and Pleasantville, NY at the Jacob Burns Film Center. More screening dates and locations>>
