Meet Me at HotDocs

I’ll be in from Sunday, April 22 to 26 at Hot Docs. I’m covering the festival for Documentary, so expect a post from me in the e-zine, and then later in summer in the magazine.

Also, I have great news to report: I will be taking over the monthly documentary column at indieWIRE.com! My first crack at it will arrive in your inbox while I’m at , so expect some additional nuggets from in my May column, in which I’ll be tackling the topic of international co-production. As for April, well you’ll just have to hold your breath until April 26 to find out.

Drop me a link from the Contact page above if you will be at Hot Docs, or if you want to send me any information about your film (either in the fest, TDF or the Market) beforehand. I’ll also be there for First Run/Icarus Films, so if any of you are licensing doc content, we should talk!

  1. Damn girl, you’re busy. :)

  2. Agnes, you have to start letting us know which columns/blogs you are NOT responsable for, you are just everywhere! And seem to do it with such grace too…:) Speaking of everywhere, I am still in Peru = Back in NYC Friday. Our tour here was a huge success and I have a lot of stories and tips to share….Mitch

  3. Hey Agnes, look forward to our annual lunch. We’ll map out your next year of IndieWIRE columns ;-)

  4. Well, I live in Toronto, so I’m almost always here, but it would be great to meet up with some other doc fans while you’re in town. I’m working during the day but will be squeezing in 10-20 films at night and on weekends, but I’m sure I could find time for coffee or a beer somewhere.
