Tribeca for Free, Discounted

Not that it is gala parties, but in all the hub-bub over the increase in ticket prices, Tribeca’s free offerings haven’t gotten any attention. This might have been up prior to the flapping but the fest has a page devoted to its free options. I also noticed daytime pass discounts for AARP members. Age diversity is good.

Though no one reported on the $2.00 charge to buy tickets online, or the extra $5.50 to buy them by phone. I guess any discounts are offset by the charges. Hey, I tried.
